HOW ADD-ONS WORK

Keep the flat-fee listing focused. Add support only where it helps.

01

Choose the support you want

Start with your MLS package and select only the add-ons that fit the property and the way you want to lease it.

02

Confirm scope and availability

Physical services, scheduling, geography and turnaround are confirmed before work begins.

03

Keep responsibilities clear

A purchased add-on covers that service only. The landlord continues handling everything else unless a broader written service is selected.

Important: Optional services do not automatically convert an MLS-only listing into tenant placement or property management. The scope of each purchased service controls what Eagle Premier Realty LLC or its service providers handle.

NEED MORE THAN AN ADD-ON?

Upgrade the service level instead of piecing together too much.

If you would rather hand off multiple parts of the leasing process—or ongoing management—contact us before checkout so we can point you to the right service.

MLS

MLS-Only + Add-Ons

Keep control of inquiries, showings and tenant decisions while adding selected services where useful.

PM

Property Management

Choose ongoing management when you want professional support after move-in for rent collection, tenant communication and day-to-day oversight.

CLEAR SERVICE BOUNDARIES

Know what changes—and what does not—when you add a service.

YOUR BASE MLS PACKAGE

The landlord remains hands-on.

  • Property access and showings unless separately purchased
  • Prospective-tenant communication
  • Applicant decisions and lawful screening decisions
  • Lease negotiations and execution unless separately purchased
  • Deposits, approvals and ongoing tenant relations
  • Maintenance and property management after move-in

A SEPARATELY PURCHASED SERVICE

We handle the specific scope you bought.

Each add-on has its own scope, availability, price and terms. Purchasing photography, screening, a lease service, a consultation or another add-on does not transfer unrelated leasing or management responsibilities to iLISTuRENT.

OPTIONAL SERVICES FAQ

A few things to know before adding services.

Do I have to buy add-ons?

No. Optional services are separate from the MLS package unless a package or checkout selection specifically says otherwise.

Are all services and prices available statewide?

Not necessarily. Availability, geography, scheduling and pricing can differ by service and property. Confirm availability and terms before relying on a service.

Can I add help after the MLS listing is active?

Often, yes. Contact us so we can confirm whether the requested service is still useful, available and appropriate at that stage of the rental.

What if I want someone to handle the whole leasing process?

Ask about tenant placement or property management rather than stacking multiple add-ons onto an MLS-only listing.

Ready to choose the right amount of help?

Compare MLS packages first, then add only the services that fit your rental and your preferred level of involvement.
