Flat fee · Brokerage review · Landlord stays in control

FIVE CLEAR STEPS

From checkout to MLS exposure.

The listing process is designed to be straightforward while keeping responsibilities clear.

01

Choose Your Package

Select the MLS listing term, photo allowance, change flexibility and support level that fit your rental.

02

Submit Property Information

Complete the landlord intake and provide the property address, rent, lease terms, photos and requested documents.

03

Brokerage Review

Eagle Premier Realty LLC reviews the submission for MLS requirements and may request corrections or clarification.

04

MLS Activation

Once approved, the rental is entered into Stellar MLS and becomes eligible for applicable syndication.

05

Manage Your Rental

You respond to inquiries, coordinate access, evaluate applicants and make tenant decisions unless you purchase additional help.

BUILT FOR HANDS-ON LANDLORDS

Know exactly who handles what.

iLISTuRENT provides limited-service MLS listing support through Eagle Premier Realty LLC. Unless a separately purchased service provides otherwise, the landlord remains responsible for the leasing process and ongoing management.

MLS + SYNDICATION

One professional listing can create broader rental exposure.

Your eligible rental listing is entered into Stellar MLS and may be distributed to major consumer rental websites according to brokerage selections, MLS distribution settings, property eligibility and third-party platform policies.

Important: Third-party display, timing, availability and contact presentation can vary. iLISTuRENT does not promise that every website will display every listing.

STEP 1

Stellar MLS

Brokerage-reviewed rental listing.

STEP 2

Eligible Syndication

Subject to MLS distribution settings and publisher rules.

STEP 3

Rental Consumers

Broader potential online visibility for eligible listings.

AFTER ACTIVATION

The listing goes live. You keep managing the rental.

The MLS listing is only one part of leasing a property. The landlord continues handling the day-to-day rental process unless another service is purchased.

LEAD

Inquiries Reach You

Inquiry routing depends on the MLS, syndication pattern and package workflow. You stay involved in prospective-tenant communication.

SHOW

You Coordinate Access

For MLS-only packages, you generally handle property access, showings, applicant screening and tenant decisions.

MLS

Tell Us When It Is Leased

Once a tenant is secured, provide the information needed so the MLS listing can be updated to the appropriate status.

NEED MORE THAN MLS ACCESS?

Upgrade instead of starting over.

Start with the amount of help you need. If your needs change, additional leasing support, tenant placement or property management may be available.

+

Optional Add-Ons

Add selected assistance such as pricing guidance, screening, lease preparation, photography, lockbox service or other available help.

TP

Tenant Placement

Move to The Rent King tenant-placement service when you want professional help marketing, communicating, showing, screening and coordinating the lease.

PM

Property Management

Choose ongoing property management when you want professional support after move-in for rent collection, tenant communication and day-to-day oversight.

BEFORE YOU START

A little preparation makes checkout faster.

You do not need every leasing decision finalized before visiting the site, but having the core property and rental details ready will make the submission process easier.

01

Property Details

Have the rental address, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, availability and other required facts ready.

02

Rent & Lease Terms

Know the asking rent, desired lease term, availability date, pet policy and any owner-approved rental requirements.

03

Photos & Documents

Prepare clear property photos and any documents or information requested during the landlord intake.

04

Owner Contact & Approvals

Be ready to provide owner contact information and coordinate any HOA, condo or other approvals that apply to the property.

Know what you want to handle—and what you don’t.

Compare packages and choose the level of rental support that matches your goals.
